Refund Policy
All items provided by Fancy Dress Shop are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those sold in traditional retail and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.
If an item is defective or not in conformity with the order, the buyer has 14 working days from the receipt of the items to request an exchange or a refund. If the fourteenth (14) day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
The customer must return the items in their entirety, unused, in their original packaging, intact, and accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and documentation (in their original cellophane wrap and with the corresponding invoice). In such cases, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to support@fancy-dress-shop.uk (including a description and photos).
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Fancy Dress Shop is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, excluding return shipping costs. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For refunds, we guarantee that they will be processed within 14 days following the receipt of the returned package. No returns sent with cash on delivery will be accepted under any circumstances.
